Who we are

Mid-State Spray Foam & Insulation ("we", "us", "our") provides spray foam insulation services throughout Middle Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and online insulation estimator, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect through the estimator

When you request a budget estimate, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

• Your first name, mobile phone number and, optionally, your email address
• The ZIP code of the project
• Project details such as building type, whether it is already built, dimensions or approximate square footage, roof pitch, door openings, intended use of the space, existing vapor barrier or building wrap, and your project timing
• Any notes you choose to add
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages, along with the date and time of that agreement and the exact consent wording shown to you
• Basic, non-identifying usage information about how the estimator was used (for example which step you completed), which helps us improve the tool

How we use your information

• To calculate and deliver your budget estimate
• To email you a copy of your estimate, if you provided an email address
• To contact you about your estimate and project — answering questions, following up, scheduling a site visit, and preparing a firm quote
• To maintain our internal records of estimates, quotes and customer communication
• To improve our pricing accuracy, our services and our website

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade your contact details.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on the estimator, you agree to receive text messages from Mid-State Spray Foam & Insulation about your estimate and project, including follow-ups and scheduling. SMS consent is never pre-selected and is never required to receive an estimate or to purchase our services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to operate our business — for example, our messaging provider to deliver text messages, our email provider to deliver estimate copies, and our hosting and database provider to store records securely. These providers may only process your information as needed to provide their service to us, and may not use it for their own marketing.

Data retention and security

We keep estimate and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations. Access to our internal systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by authentication.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts
• Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop receiving email
• Contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it

Children

Our website and estimator are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version currently in effect.
